Be prepared to leave credit card information and pay in advance of experience.
Cancellations with a 24 hour notice will be refunded in full, less a 10% administrative fee.
If the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather, a full refund is issued and customers contacted.
Barn Rules
* Please Arrive On Time
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your camel experience is scheduled to begin.
* Releases & Waivers
All members of the public who are on the farm property will be required to sign the Stoneboat Farm Camelids basic waiver. Parents and/or guardians will be required to sign for children. Please plan ahead and download one off our website when you make your reservation. If you are unwilling to sign a release for yourself or for your children, we will not be able to allow you to spend any time on the farm or have any contact with the animals.
* Children
Children must be at least three (3) years of age to ride camels. Younger children are welcome to observe and participate in the camel encounter or the pony rides if they remain in the company of an adult in your party at all times.
* Please Be Responsible
We provide a very safe, up-close experience with our animals and we rely on your cooperation when interacting with our animals. We ask that you or those in your care do not yell, hit or otherwise scare or intimidate our animals during your experience. If you exhibit any such behavior, you may be asked to leave the property and no refund will be provided. Please be respectful during your visit, and we can promise you an awesome, interactive experience!
* Clothing
Please dress in farm-appropriate clothing when you visit us. This is a working farm!
